Only sera batches which pass our strict quality control are released for sale. Standard parameters which are
determined include pH, osmolality, content of protein, albumin, IgG and hemoglobin, endotoxin level, sterility,
mycoplasma detection and virus testing.

The selection of healthy pregnant cows with no epidemic situation and natural pasture grazing, caesarean section to take fetal cows, fully enclosed puncture blood collection, rapid low temperature separation technology and product traceability system ensure the quality of SERANA serum and make the experiment simpler and safer!
Filtration through triple sequential 100 nm (0.10 μm) rated pore size filters has become the industry standard for cell culture grade fetal bovine serum (FBS). Before dispensing, each batch of serum will be mixed using true mixing technology to minimize vial-to-vial variation.
Final sera have been tested for viruses and have demonstrated the absence of detectable levels of specific viruses, pathogens and blood sorbents. Rigorous sterility testing further confirms that there is no detectable bacterial or fungal growth (current USP) in the final product, nor mycoplasma.

【注意事项】
1) 产品验收:
l 血清内外包装均应完好，无破损、裂缝、溢渗等现象;
l 血清到货时应为冷冻或冰水混合状态.
l 若出现上述现象，请拍照后及时联系，以便及时进行更换。
2）血清的解冻:
l 请在2C~8C环境中解冻，不宜在较高温度下进行解冻;解冻温度较高会导致血清浑浊，沉淀增加，品质下降;
l 血清解冻的过程中请不时摇匀(小心勿造成气泡)，使血清成分和温度均匀，从而减少沉淀的产生;
l 血清解冻后应尽快用完，尽里避免反复冻融;
l 血清不宜在室温中长时间放置，使用后尽快放回2C~ 8C中;
l 高温解冻、剧烈摇晃、反复冻融、放置时间过长等，均会导致血清品质的降低。
【运输及保存条件】
l 运输条件:冷冻、密封、避光;
l 储存条件:贮藏温度≤-20^C; 4-8C存放时，不超过一个月。
